DMCA

Our website is committed to respecting the lawful rights of content creators, authors, artists, and copyright owners. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA)

If you believe that your copyrighted work has been reproduced or distributed through our service without proper authorization, you may submit a takedown notice that meets the legal requirements under 17 U.S.C. § 512(c). Once we receive a valid notification, we will promptly act to remove or disable access to the infringing material and inform the content uploader of the action taken. We also allow the uploader to file a counter-notification if they wish to challenge the removal.

By submitting a DMCA notice, you acknowledge and accept that we may share the full contents of your notice, including your contact details, with the individual who uploaded the content. This is required to facilitate a legal response and to ensure transparency in the process.

Filing a Proper DMCA Takedown Notice

To submit a valid takedown request, please ensure your notification includes all of the following elements. Incomplete notices may not be processed:

  • Identification of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed. If multiple works are involved, you may list them in a single document.
  • Identification of the material that is allegedly infringing, including its precise location (such as URL or file reference) on our platform.
  • Your full legal name, physical address, phone number, and email address.
  • A good faith statement confirming that the disputed use of the material is unauthorized by you, your agent, or the law.
  • A declaration, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the copyright holder or have authorization to act on their behalf.
  • Your physical or electronic signature as the complainant.

Upon review and verification of the above information, we will take appropriate action, including the removal or restriction of access to the identified content. We will notify the uploader and provide guidance on how they may respond.

Submitting a DMCA Counter-Notification

Users who believe their content was taken down in error or misidentified may submit a counter-notification. This counter-notice must meet all of the following requirements to be considered valid:

  • Identification of the content that was removed and the specific location where it previously appeared.
  • Your full name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
  • A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that you have a good faith belief the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
  • A declaration that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court in your region, or if you are located outside the U.S., that you consent to jurisdiction in any district where the website may be accessed.
  • A statement confirming that you will accept service of process from the person who filed the original takedown notice or their legal representative.
  • Your electronic or physical signature.

We will send the counter-notice to the complainant. If they do not notify us within 10 to 14 business days that they have initiated legal proceedings, we may reinstate the content at our discretion.

Legal Responsibility

It is important to understand that knowingly submitting false information in either a takedown notice or a counter-notification may result in liability under Section 512(f) of the DMCA. This includes potential damages and legal fees. Therefore, we urge all parties to carefully consider the accuracy and legal standing of their claims before submitting them.

If you are uncertain whether the material in question violates your rights or whether your use of the content qualifies as fair use or is otherwise legally permitted, we advise you to consult a qualified legal professional before submitting a request.

We are dedicated to maintaining a fair and legally compliant platform that protects copyright while respecting freedom of expression and user rights. All DMCA-related inquiries are reviewed with care and handled according to applicable laws.
